Mark is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Bioengineering at Illinois, where he earned his B.S. degree in Bioengineering, minoring in Chemistry, in 2013. He is interested in the interactions between heterotypic cells in cancer and the use of next-generation tissue culture techniques to probe these interactions.
